Cancellation Policy
1. Booking & Payment 1.1 All bookings must be made and paid for through our website. 1.2 For long-term and recurring workshop bookings, we will arrange a rental agreement with the renter for a fxed time period. 2. Use of Venue 2.1 Te venue is to be used solely for the agreed workshop purpose. Any other activities must be pre-ap- proved. 2.2 Te renter must ensure that attendees adhere to all venue rules and regulations. 2.3 Decorations and materials must not damage walls, foors, or any part of the venue. Te use of tape, nails, or adhesives on walls is strictly prohibited unless approved in advance. 2.4 Te renter is responsible for setting up and packing down within the rental period. Additional time will be charged accordingly. 3. Cleaning & Waste Disposal 3.1 Te renter is responsible for leaving the venue clean and tidy. 3.2 A maximum of two (2) 75L garbage bags is allowed for disposal. Excess waste must be removed by the renter. 3.3 Any additional cleaning required beyond standard expectations will incur extra charges. 4. Liability & Damage 4.1 Te renter is responsible for any damage caused to the venue, equipment, or facilities during the rental period. 4.2 Joy Space is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred during the workshop. 4.3 Any damage must be reported immediately. Repair costs will be charged to the renter. 5. Noise & Disturbance 5.1 Noise levels must be kept at a reasonable level to avoid disturbing neighboring businesses. 5.2 Te use of loudspeakers, music, or any amplifed sound must be pre-approved. 6. Access & Security 6.1 Te venue access code will be provided one (1) hour before the booking time. 6.2 If there are any issues accessing the venue, renters must contact staf at 0433939393. 6.3 Te renter is responsible for ensuring the venue is locked and secure upon departure. 7. Cancellation & Rescheduling 7.1 100% refund (minus booking fee) on cancellations up until 7 days before your booking. After that, there are no refunds on cancellation. 7.2 Rescheduling requests will be considered based on availability and may be subject to additional fees. 8. Miscellaneous 8.1 Joy Space reserves the right to refuse or terminate bookings that violate these terms. 8.2 Any special requests must be made in writing and approved before the event. 8.3 By making a booking, the renter agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
